Designed for small groups looking to connect, celebrate, or slow down together, this offering includes private use of all three treehouses, the Hartwood Nordic Spa, and The Hydda—a communal space featuring a wine bar, coffee counter, and an intimate private dining room available exclusively to full property bookings for catered or chef-led meals.

Whether you're planning a creative retreat, birthday celebration, or a reunion in the woods, this is a stay rooted in intentional design, nature immersion, and meaningful connection.

    Our full property buy-out is something we’ve been thoughtfully designing for years. It’s at the heart of what Hartwood was built for—bringing people together in nature, with space to reconnect and slow down as a group.

    We wanted to give guests every opportunity to experience this before opening individual bookings. Once individual treehouses become available, full buy-out availability will be far more limited.

    In just a few weeks, you’ll receive early access—just like this—to book a stay in one of the treehouses.

  • Yes. We know how important it is to get away as a family. These spaces were designed to inspire both design-conscious adults and curious young minds—offering a unique experience for guests of all ages.

  • Full property buy-outs start at $2,798 per night for up to 12 guests across all three treehouses.

    Individual treehouse stays will range from $848–$1148 per night, depending on the unit and season, and accommodate 3 to 5 guests each.

  • Yes. We require a 2-night minimum stay, and a 3-night minimum over long weekends and holiday periods.

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before your reservation are fully refundable less a 5% transaction fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of your stay are non-refundable.

    We also offer a non-refundable booking option at a lower rate for guests who are confident in their plans.

  • Yes—dogs are welcome in two of our three treehouses. We’ve chosen to keep one treehouse pet-free to accommodate guests with allergy sensitivities.

    We allow one well-behaved dog per stay, and ask that they remain on-leash while on the property.
